Stryker Will Hand the Chief Executive Job to Spencer Stiles on January 1
Kevin Lobo, who tripled annual net sales over 14 years, becomes executive chair. The medical device maker filed an 8-K alongside the announcement.

Stryker said Tuesday morning that Spencer Stiles, currently president and chief operating officer, will become chief executive and join the board effective Jan. 1, 2027. Kevin Lobo, chief executive for 14 years, will become executive chair of the board.
