Paramount Skydance filed a current report at 4:06 p.m. Eastern on Oct. 1 that, for the first time, sets out the compensation terms for Ynon Kreiz, who becomes co-chief executive officer and a director effective Oct. 5. The appointment itself was announced Sept. 30; the pay package is new.
