These Terms of Sale apply whenever you buy a CI subscription, day pass or other paid product.
Pricing and taxes
Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated based on your billing address.
Automatic renewal
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate until cancelled. We email a reminder before annual renewals.
You can cancel at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the paid period; we do not pro-rate refunds for the unused portion.
Plan changes
Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged on a prorated basis. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refunds and one-time purchases
Day passes and other one-time purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law.
