Tariff Refund Lifts Costco's Fourth-Quarter Profit as Net Sales Climb 11.2%
The warehouse retailer booked a non-recurring 15-cent-a-share benefit from IEEPA duty refunds, accounting for most of its earnings beat. Shares were little changed after hours.

Costco Wholesale reported fourth-quarter net income of $2.998 billion, or $6.75 a diluted share, in results released after the market close on Thursday, up from $2.610 billion, or $5.87 a share, in the same 16-week period a year earlier. Total revenue was $95.723 billion.
