Berkshire Lifts Its Lennar Stake Toward 12% as the Homebuilder's Shares Hit a 52-Week Low

A Form 4 filed Monday shows another $192.6 million of purchases, taking the holding to about 28.4 million Class A shares. Lennar closed down 7% the same day.

Berkshire Hathaway has continued to add to its position in Lennar, taking its stake in the homebuilder to roughly 12%, according to a Form 4 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.
