Atlas Energy Solutions Inc. (NYSE: AESI) disclosed on Friday that an indirect subsidiary, Atlas Energy Solutions ProjectCo LLC, has committed to buy 283 megawatts of Caterpillar natural gas power generation equipment — and that an unnamed customer is paying for it. The company filed a Form 8-K under Items 7.01, 8.01 and 9.01 with a report date of Sept. 25.
